Description

Join the Treasure Island & Madeira Beach Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate the holiday season with our 2nd Annual Merry Beach Market. This event will be held in beautiful Madeira Beach at ROC Park Saturday, December 12th from 2-6pm. There will be a variety of local vendors, live entertainment, food and drink specials and a special photo op with Santa and Mrs. Claus! Rain or Shine Event. Fun for the whole Family, PET FRIENDLY!

Madeira Beach Lighted Boat Parade!
At the close of the market vendors and the public are asked to stay to see the Madeira Beach Lighted Boat Parade kick off from the seawall at ROC Park!

Market is Free & Open to the Public | Family Friendly

VENDOR DETAILS:
-Vendor Space / Area: 10'x10' 

-Vendors are responsible to supply their own tent, table, chairs, etc. 
-There is no electricity, vendors are asked to bring battery operated lights if needed. ROC Park does have "ball field" lights which will turned on at dusk. 
-Market Hours: 2:00 - 6:00 pm
Vendor Set Up: 11:00-1:30 pm. Vendors to be ready to sell by 2 pm. 
- No Beverages can be sold or given away without prior approval from TI/MB Chamber of Commerce. 
- All selling, signage and displays must be within your vendor space.
- This is a rain or shine event. Payment is due prior to participation.
- Any necessary permits or licenses are vendor's responsibility.

COVID-19: -Vendor spaces will be setup six feet (6’) apart. No merchandise can be sold in the six-foot area between tents.
-Vendors are to self-monitor their vendor space to ensure adequate social distancing measures are adhered to.
-Vendors are to limit the number of persons/groups from gathering in the vendor space and keep numbers under 10 or less people including the vendor(s).
-Depending on current county ordinance at the time of the event, the wearing of mask maybe required by all vendors.
-Cashless transactions preferred (provide credit or debit card transactions).
-The vendor is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing vendors space.
-If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19, you will be refunded your vendor applicable fee.
