Vendors Provided with 1-6ft tables and 2 chairs
- Chamber Member Rate: $50, 1 Table / $75, 2 Tables
- NON MEMBER RATE: $100, 1 Table | $125, 2 Tables
- Vendors Must Supply a Door Prize Valued at $25 or Greater Provided at Vendor Registration. Items will be raffled off during event.
- GOODY BAGS: Each vendor may provide 100 promotional items / Coupons, etc. for goody bags handed to first 100 guests. Items must be delivered to Chamber office or Pick-Up Arranged by May 4th.
- NO ELECTRICAL OUTLETS unless approved, due to limited availability

BECOME A VENDOR...
Join the Treasure Island & Madeira Beach Chamber of Commerce for our annual Community Health Fair and Trade Show, Thursday, May 14th from 10am to 1pm. This event will be held at the Treasure Island Community Center, 1 Park Place, 154 & 106th Ave in Treasure Island.
This Event is Free and Open to the Public
We are looking for vendors who can provide health care services and screenings, home and health improvement and local products and services useful to the general public.
Vendors Provided with 1 - 6ft tables and 2 chairs
