Halloween Costume Contest
Pop-up costume contests will be held at Rosselli Park on the Isle of Capri; Treasure Bay Recreation Center on Paradise Island and the Isle of Palms Triangle Park at 5:30pm on Saturday, October 31st. Trick or Treat goody bags available for children in costume.
